Proving Grounds & Fleet Readiness Manager

Waymo is seeking a Fleet Readiness Pro to scale our testing programs and diagnose novel issues across multiple facilities. This onsite role reports to the Senior Lead, Fleet Readiness, and will coordinate with engineering teams to enable rapid platform deployment. You will manage complex testing requirements, prioritize workflows, and establish metrics with vendors and onsite staff to drive fleet health and project milestones as Waymo expands its operations.
