The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting business development, driving financial performance, and ensuring compliance with a strong internal control environment. This strategic role involves being a key business partner to the Watch Maisons Presidents and the Americas business, providing comprehensive financial support to enable strategic decision-making, and optimizing the Maisons' fixed cost leverage, profit, and cash flow. The AVP will also oversee a team of four FP&A analysts, manage the monthly close process, and be involved in capital expenditure management. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with 10 to 15 years' FP&A experience, preferably in a large, multinational, publicly traded company. A background in luxury and/or retail is a plus. The role requires a deep understanding of finance and accounting principles, strong business acumen, and the ability to exercise sound judgment. Technical skills should include proficiency in MS-Excel, SAP Business Objects Analysis, Power Point, Looker/GCP, and Power BI, with experience in SAP and Anaplan being advantageous. The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
