Key responsibilities:
Shape and influence enterprise priorities into integrated portfolio plans and manage execution performance for the assigned portfolio
Directly lead and develop the Implementation Manager and Sr. Regulatory Implementation Manager, establishing goals and performance measures
Oversee implementation governance standards and methodologies, ensuring compliance and readiness for operational transitions
Required qualifications:
8-10 years of experience in implementation, program management, or healthcare operations, with 4-5 years in people leadership
Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional portfolios with regulatory and operational dependencies
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
Advanced knowledge of project management methods, including Agile and Waterfall
Experience in healthcare, managed care, or healthcare technology environments, preferably Medicare Advantage
