Real Estate Acquisitions & Development Intern

Balsam Green, a boutique investment firm focused on affordable housing projects across the country, is seeking an Acquisitions & Development Intern in Minneapolis. You will support underwriting, financial analyses and external financing requests under the guidance of the CEO and Director of Acquisitions. The role requires a real estate/finance or accounting background, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative, in-office environment with occasional travel.
