You will ensure each product meets our high-quality standards before shipping to customers. You will work closely with our production and quality teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in the coating process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain spray booth equipment in accordance with company standards
- Prepare parts for thermo spray coating process, including masking, cleaning, and surface preparation with shot blast media
- Handle coating materials safely and accurately when preparing and applying all materials
- Monitor coating process parameters to ensure quality and consistency
- Identify visual defects at the end of each coating process.
- Perform set ups and inspections of coated parts using appropriate measuring tools
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety and environmental guidelines
- Operate hoist and electrical lift to safely transport parts through production process.
