Senior Corporate Paralegal M&A & Governance (Scottsdale)

Cardone Ventures is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support governance and transaction work from our Scottsdale, AZ office. You will work closely with the Chief Legal Officer and cross-functional teams on corporate matters, M&A, JV, and VC activities. The role emphasizes organization, process, and high-quality legal output in a dynamic, high-growth environment. Ideal candidates will have 5–10 years of corporate legal experience, a paralegal credential, and strong communication skills to manage
