WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Create a safe, nurturing classroom environment and ensure compliance with safety and ratio requirements Lead activities that support children's learning and development Provide active supervision and guide behavior through positive reinforcement Support daily routines, including meals, naps, and transitions Observe, document, and share student progress with families Collaborate with your team to deliver consistent, high-quality classroom experience Each day is an opportunity to positivelyimpacta child's growth and early learning experience.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)required. Degree in Early Childhood Education ora relatedfield preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in a preschool or early childhood setting preferred.
- Knowledge of state licensing requirements and classroom compliance expectations.
- Must meet all state-specific education, certification (including CPR/First Aid, whererequired), licensing, and regulatory requirements, including the ability to pass a background check and complete ongoing professional development.
- Strong communicationand interpersonal skills, with the ability to build andmaintainpositive relationships with children, families, and team members.
