This position will assist with borrower communication, document collection, file preparation, pipeline management, and ongoing follow-up activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced mortgage environment. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with borrowers via phone, email, and text message
- Request and collect required loan documentation
- Maintain accurate borrower records and loan files
- Monitor loan milestones and outstanding requirements
- Follow up on missing documentation and conditions
- Update borrower and loan information within company systems
- Support Loan Officers with active loan pipelines
- Coordinate activities between borrowers and internal teams
- Contact prospective borrowers and gather preliminary information
- Maintain organized notes and follow-up schedules
- Deliver professional and customer-focused service throughout the mortgage process
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization and follow-up abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

- Comfortable speaking with borrowers by phone
