Key responsibilities: Set strategy and oversee the production cycle from concept to final approval, ensuring timely delivery of content Manage and coach producers and journalists, collaborating with editorial, audience, and marketing teams to enhance content quality Utilize analytics and audience insights to inform content creation and drive engagement while maintaining editorial integrity

Required qualifications: 6+ years of experience in producing or leading audio and video content, with at least 3 years in a managerial role Proven track record of scaling YouTube channels or video podcasts Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, analytics, and content packaging, along with familiarity with podcasts and social media platforms Experience in coaching on-air talent and crafting compelling video narratives Proficiency in media editing software, including Riverside, Descript, and Adobe CC suite
