Production Operator Join Our TeamWe're looking for motivated, dependable individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a team. As a Production Operator, you'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly while maintaining a safe, efficient, and high-quality work environment.
What You'll Do: Work collaboratively with your team, promoting a culture of respect, fairness, and to read blueprints and technical instructions to support production tasks. Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other equipment. Operate a variety of tools and machines to complete production work. Maintain high standards for product quality and production efficiency. Follow all safety and environmental procedures, including spill prevention, stormwater protection, and proper handling of We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred).Willingness to learn new skills and operate production equipment. Ability to work overtime, including Saturdays, when needed. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and remain standing or sitting for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Commitment to working safely and supporting a safe workplace for everyone.
