Senior Securities & Corporate Governance Counsel

Bloom Energy is seeking a Securities and Governance counsel to join our team in San Jose, CA. This on-site role reports to the Senior Director, Securities & Corporate Governance and focuses on SEC compliance, governance programs, and strategic corporate transactions. Ideal candidates have a JD with 10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years at a law firm, and strong international focus. In-house public company background is preferred; manufacturing/energy experience is a plus.
