Chief Operating Officer OPWDD

Responsibilities: Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance service delivery and improve overall organizational performance. Oversee the management of day-to-day operations within the OPWDD division, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory standards. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers and staff to foster a culture of excellence and accountability. Work collaboratively with the executive leadership team to develop and monitor organizational goals and objectives. Establish and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders, government agencies, and other relevant organizations to enhance service delivery. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and make informed decisions. Ensure that all programs are aligned with best practices and reflect the organization's commitment to person-centered care. Prepare regular reports for the executive team and board of directors on operational performance, initiatives, and emerging trends.
