Director of Aquatics & Recreation — Lead Guest Experience

Rocking Horse Ranch Resort in the Hudson Valley is seeking a Director of Aquatics and Recreation to oversee all water park, tubing, ski and winter fun park operations, ensuring safety and a memorable guest experience. You will train and certify lifeguards through Starguard and supervise up to 80 attendants, managing scheduling and payroll. The role requires 5+ years in related leadership, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to adapt to weather and physical demands.
