Patent Strategy Intern - Engineering (Summer 2027)

HG Law LLP seeks a Technical Advisor Internship for rising seniors or Master's students in Engineering (ME, EE, CE, or Physics) graduating in 2028. The in‑office internship runs June–August 2027 in San Jose (and NYC) with mentorship from patent attorneys and hands‑on exposure to patent applications. Responsibilities include meeting with inventors, drafting and prosecuting patent applications, assisting in IP rights actions, and conducting competitive analyses.
