The ideal candidate will use their experience, good judgment, and skills to strategically litigate contested estate-related legal matters in probate and civil court. 6+ years of litigation experience is preferred. Candidates should have a solid foundation in legal research, writing, and practical court experience. This is a long-term position with room for growth, as we prioritize internal promotion.
