We are seekingTexas-licensed attorneys at various experience levels, including Junior Associate, Senior Associate, Litigation Attorney, and Senior Litigation Attorney. Our attorneys handle a variety of personal injury matters, including commercial and non-commercial auto accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability, work injuries, and more.

Position Overview: Attorneys at John K. Zaid & Associates are responsible for handling all aspects of their assigned personal injury cases, from inception through resolution. Attorneys manage their own dockets with significant support from our legal staff, allowing them to focus on practicing law rather than administrative busywork. Key ResponsibilitiesManage personal injury cases from inception through resolution Evaluate potential cases and determine whether to accept representation Provide legal guidance and well-reasoned case evaluations Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and other relevant parties Handle negotiations and other legal matters related to assigned cases Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, case managers, and other members of the litigation team Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining strong organization Participate in training and continuously develop knowledge and skills QualificationsActive Texas Bar Licenserequired Experience handling personal injury cases preferred Ability to manage cases with minimal supervision Strong analytical, negotiation, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines Self-motivated and willing to take initiative Comfortable communicating directly with clients and counsel Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required Bonus structure 401(k) Health insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Paid holidays Attorney Referral Bonus - 50% fee split on qualifying cases brought to the firm Work LocationThis is anin-office position.
