Attorney/Lawyer

Responsibilities: Represent clients in property subrogation and fire-loss litigation matters from initial case assessment through resolution. Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal filings with a strong focus on persuasive written advocacy. Manage discovery activities, including drafting requests, reviewing productions, and coordinating responses in complex civil cases. Analyze technical records, expert findings, and case evidence to develop litigation strategy and support damages claims. Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and courtroom proceedings while gaining meaningful litigation exposure. Work closely with colleagues, experts, and clients to advance case objectives and maintain progress across multiple active matters. Handle product liability, construction defect, premises liability, insurance, and general liability issues as they arise within broader litigation assignments.
