Compassionate Personal Care Assistant

Extended Family Incorporated in Opelousas, LA is seeking a Direct Support Worker to provide personal care services to clients in their homes or independent living settings, following ISP guidelines and under supervision. You will perform essential tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, transferring, and medication assistance while ensuring client safety and dignity. Immediate reporting of condition changes and emergencies is required.
