We're seeking a Florida-licensed Professional Engineer with land development experience to design, manage, and deliver infrastructure projects from concept through permitting and construction.
🔎 What You'll Do:
- Design land development infrastructure including roadways, stormwater, drainage, potable water, and sanitary sewer systems
- Perform and review engineering calculations
- Prepare engineering plans, specifications, and technical documents
- Prepare and process permits through applicable regulatory agencies
- Develop site construction cost estimates
- Review and approve shop drawings and material specifications
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, CAD designers, and other disciplines
- Participate in client and project meetings
- Support construction inspection, permit certification, and project closeout
- Maintain high standards for technical quality, organization, and project delivery💻 What You'll Bring
- Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license — REQUIREDB.S. in Civil Engineering or equivalent from an ABET-accredited university 5+ years of civil engineering experience in land development
- AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency
- Experience with ICPR and/or ASAD preferred
- Microsoft Project, Excel, and Microsoft Office experience
