Lead Process Engineer, Semiconductor Fab

Wolfspeed is seeking a resourceful Process Engineer to set up, operate, and troubleshoot semiconductor processing tools. You will work with scientists, engineers and technicians to sustain and improve fab processes and tool utilization. The role requires hands-on experience with scrubbers, defect inspection, metrology tools and sorters, plus familiarity with SPACE, CMMS, and MES systems. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
