Welding Support Technician – Prep & Assembly (D-Shift)

Aaon Coil Products Inc. in Redmond, OR is seeking a Weld Helper on the D-Shift to support welders by preparing materials, setting up equipment, and maintaining a safe work area. The role includes assisting Welder I/II, reading basic blueprints, and lifting up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced team environment. You will assist in preparing workpieces, grinding, and cleaning as needed, while following safety procedures and helping train new helpers. Pay range and full-time benefits are provided.
