Key responsibilities: Lead legal efforts for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships from structuring to post-closing integration Advise on complex financing activities, including securitizations and credit facilities, ensuring compliance with U.S. securities laws Develop scalable legal processes and mentor junior legal professionals to enhance the legal team's effectiveness

Required qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar 12+ years of corporate law experience, including significant M&A and financing transaction expertise Strong knowledge of U.S. securities law and public company disclosure obligations Proven ability to advise senior leadership on complex legal and governance matters Experience managing outside counsel and collaborating across multiple departments
