Youth Ministry Director & Admin Lead

Austin Community College is looking for a Youth Director / Ministry Assistant in Carpinteria, CA. This dual-role position involves leading youth ministry for junior high and high school students, and managing churchwide communications and administrative support. Ideal candidates will have a strong love for Jesus, proven youth ministry leadership, and excellent communication skills. The role involves 25 hours per week in youth ministry leadership and 15 hours in administrative tasks, creating a nurturing environment for students and the church community.
