Post Net Associate Under supervision of the Center Owner or Assistant Manager, the Associate is responsible for helping customers with services and products, and operating the point-of-sale system, copiers/printers, rental computers, and other store equipment. Must use independent decision-making skills to help customers and recommend services. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Must be available: Monday – Friday: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (flexible morning & afternoon hours) Saturday: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. (every other Saturday) Holiday hours increase Candidate must have experience with shipping, postal, or printing services Good work attitude Able to work in a team setting Strong work ethic Highly communicative Basic Computer Skills Exceptional customer service skills Problem Solving Skills Good judgment of people and situations but not judgmental High school diploma required Valid driver’s license required Notary Public certification will be provided Business casual attire and footwear required

Duties and Responsibilities: Assist customers with shipping and packaging services, printing estimates/orders, and other services offered by Post Net. Process customer sales through the point-of-sale system. Center Operations Opens and closes the center, cash register, and other center systems. Sorts and deposits mail in private mailboxes. Physical and Safety Requirement Must be able to stand behind a sales counter for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.

Salary: $15 per hour
