Employment Type: Internship (Seasonal or Part-Time) Tusco is seeking motivated high school and college students to join our Student Internship program. This position provides an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a growing company that serves some of the nation’s most critical facilities and organizations. Interns will work alongside experienced professionals and gain exposure to various aspects of the business, which may include operations, project management, construction, accounting, finance, human resources, recruiting, sales, marketing, administration, engineering, information technology, and electronic and physical security systems. Assignments will be based on business needs, educational interests, and individual career goals whenever possible. Responsibilities Assisting with departmental projects and day-to-day operations Supporting project managers, coordinators, and administrative teams Conducting research and gathering information for business initiatives Assisting with data entry, reporting, and documentation Supporting recruiting, HR, accounting, sales, or marketing activities Learning industry-specific processes related to construction, security systems, and technology solutions Participating in meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities Collaborating with team members across multiple departments Assisting with special projects and other duties as assigned
