Warehouse Associate

Duluth Trading Company is hiring Seasonal Warehouse Associates for 1st shift in Belleville, WI. In this role, you’ll pick, pack, and ship retail and e‑commerce orders with speed and accuracy, support inbound and outbound freight, and help keep inventory organized and moving. You’ll operate basic warehouse equipment, follow all safety and quality procedures, and maintain clean work areas. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role in a down‑to‑earth, team‑oriented environment where your reliability and strong work ethic support a growing workwear and outdoor apparel brand. Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently Load, unload, and move merchandise within the warehouse Operate basic warehouse equipment and pallet jacks safely Follow all safety, quality, and inventory control procedures Label, scan, and record products using warehouse systems Maintain clean, organized work areas and aisles Meet daily productivity, accuracy, and attendance expectations Collaborate with team members and supervisors to solve problems Order picking and packing Warehouse operations RF scanner use Inventory handling Basic computer skills Material handling equipment use Shipping and receiving Time management Workplace safety practices Basic math Forklift or pallet jack certification (preferred) OSHA safety training (preferred)
