NEPA/MEPA Permitting Specialist Wetlands & Fieldwork

Tetra Tech is seeking a Mid-level Wetland Biologist to support field surveys in the Great Plains and Western Mountains (CO, NE, WY, MT, ND) and follow-on reporting. Based in Billings, MT, you will help with NEPA/MEPA compliance, environmental assessments, and permit coordination for diverse projects. The role requires 3+ years in permitting or related fields, strong analytical and written communication skills, and the ability to travel regionally. Proficiency in ArcGIS and MS Office is preferred.
