Senior Sealed System Engiineer (Refrigeration)

What You’ll Do: Actively lead and / or participate in project teams focused on New Product Development, Continuous Product Improvement, or Feature Innovation. Lead the design, testing, and reviews for refrigeration-based sealed systems across all product lines as a functional expert Lead problem solving activities using 8D methodology to identify root cause of issues and oversee development/implementation of a corrective action plan. Utilize mathematical and computer-based engineering analyses to design innovative and reliable solutions for cooling systems across many different product types Develop technical drawings, models, and specifications using engineering software and tools Conduct testing, collect and analyze data, and interpret test results to evaluate the performance, reliability, and safety of engineering solutions Identify areas for improvement, troubleshoot technical issues, and propose and implement design modifications of existing product lines Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, project managers, and stakeholders, to ensure project goals are met Stay up to date with the latest advancements, industry trends, and technological innovations in cooling systems, sealed systems, and refrigerated product designs Actively participate in continuous learning and professional development activities, including attending training programs, workshops, and conferences
