Employment Litigation Of Counsel

Duties: Defend and litigate lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges. Advise, counsel, and train employers on various employment and labor law issues. Represent employers in court, arbitration, and before administrative agencies in employment matters. Handle class/collective actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage‑and‑hour, contract, employment tort, and non‑compete cases.

Requirements: 9+ years of experience in employment litigation with significant first-chair experience. Current NV Bar admission in good standing. Supervisory experience over associate and paralegal work. In‑depth understanding of current state and federal agency procedures. EducationJD from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
