Substitute Teacher The Substitute Teacher is responsible for maintaining a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment in the absence of the regular classroom teacher.
Responsibilities include:
Follow all Crenshaw Academy rules, policies, procedures, and expectations. Follow the lesson plans and instructions provided by the classroom teacher. Supervise and support students throughout the school day. Maintain appropriate classroom management and student behavior. Be available to accept assignments with an early-morning call when substitute coverage is needed. Work the regular school hours for the assigned position. Communicate any significant student, classroom, or disciplinary concerns to the appropriate school administrator. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.\nCompany
