Head of Inventory Strategy & Growth

Ernesta, a rapidly growing custom rugs company, seeks an Inventory Planning Lead in New York, NY (Hybrid). You will build and own the inventory planning function, shaping frameworks, processes, and tools to guide purchases, manage investment, and scale operations as the business grows. Reporting to the CFO, you will partner with leadership, merchandising, and external manufacturing partners to optimize working capital, establish targets, and set guidelines for reorder timing and coverage.
