Head of Growth, Clean Energy

About the Role: The Company is seeking a Head of Growth for Clean Energy, with a focus on supporting ambitious entrepreneurs in the startup and scaling of their own ventures. The successful candidate will be part of a community that includes serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders, receiving 1:1 sparring, and will have access to a network of top professionals for team building and distribution support. The role involves owning, building, and running a startup in the clean energy sector, with a strong emphasis on personal and professional development, as well as intensive coaching to prepare the startup for significant funding rounds. Applicants for the Head of Growth position in Clean Energy at the company should be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation. The role requires a high level of commitment, with the expectation that the candidate will take full responsibility for their startup and work towards scaling it to over €100M in revenues. Excellent communication skills in English are essential. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
