Colorado Licensed Litigation Paralegal

Supporting attorneys with mass tort and civil litigation matters, the full-time Colorado Licensed Litigation Paralegal will manage case preparation from intake through trial, including drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, and coordinating communication with clients and court personnel. Key ResponsibilitiesManage case preparation from pre-litigation through trial Draft and organize pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and trial documents Conduct legal research and summarize medical records and case-related documentsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred 3+ years of civil litigation paralegal experience Mass tort experience required Strong understanding of civil procedure and litigation processes Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office Suite
