Electrical Apprenticeship Program Lead

Loenbro is seeking a Workforce Development Coordinator to manage IEC electrical apprenticeship programs. The role coordinates enrollment, tracks progress, maintains records, and supports compliance while partnering with field leaders to guide apprentices toward success. Based in Dallas, TX (Preferred) or at the Loenbro Training Center, this full-time position focuses on workforce development, training coordination, and collaboration with operations to grow skilled trades talent.
