Do I need previous nanny experience? No. We welcome experience from nannying, babysitting, daycare, preschool, church nursery, and other childcare settings. Will I work with one family or multiple families? Assignments vary based on family needs, your availability, and scheduling preferences. What ages will I care for? Most assignments involve infants and toddlers, though opportunities may occasionally include older children. Are benefits available?
