Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 / Annual base salary + bonus

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, life, and 401(k).A growing property restoration company is seeking a Branch Manager to lead operations across the DC market. This is a full P&L leadership role for someone who thrives on accountability, operational discipline, and building high-performing teams.

What You'll Do: Own full P&L responsibility for both locations, including revenue, gross margin, and profitability performance Lead day-to-day operations across mitigation, reconstruction, estimating, project management, and sales Build a culture of accountability and follow-through, driving consistent, high-quality client experiences Coach, develop, and motivate branch managers and staff through proactive, hands-on leadership Partner with business development to grow market presence and strengthen key accounts (insurance carriers, property managers, and similar relationships a plus)Ensure safety compliance and consistent use of CRM/reporting systems Travel regularly between the two markets What We're Looking For Proven experience owning a P&L for a location or branch generating at least $4M in revenue Multi-site leadership experience strongly preferred Background in restoration or construction is a major plus; candidates from other distributed service industries (facilities, environmental services, etc.) with strong P&L ownership will also be considered 5+ years in a leadership role such as Branch Manager, Regional Manager, General Manager, Market Director, District Manager, or similar Bachelor's degree in business, management, construction management, or related field preferred Strong financial acumen and a track record of improving team accountability and client satisfactionA proactive, receptive, growth-oriented leadership style Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
