Location: Fully Remote

Duration: 12+ month contract (Extendable)

Job Description: 8+ years of experience in taxonomy development, metadata strategy, or content architecture in regulated or enterprise environments. Expertise in metadata standards and controlled vocabularies (e.g., Dublin Core, SKOS). Hands-on experience with enterprise CMS, DAM systems, or structured authoring environments. Demonstrated success managing taxonomy across large-scale, multi-stakeholder ecosystems. Strong collaboration and communication skills to work across content, regulatory, and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with structured authoring tools (e.g., DITA, Oxygen XML). Familiarity with platforms such as Veeva Vault, Adobe Experience Manager, KMS Lighthouse, or similar. Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements for digital content. Knowledge of tagging practices that enable AI, machine learning, and intelligent content systems.
