Key Responsibilities of the RN – Transplant Services Provide comprehensive care to pre, waitlist, and post solid organ transplant patients Participate in desk-based coordination and management tasks using MediTech, TransChart, and Patient KeeperConduct patient assessments and prepare necessary documentation Engage in WebEx meetings as needed Flexibly manage patient assignments and deliver compassionate care for complex psychosocial needs Requirements of the RN – Transplant Services Current BLS certification Proficiency in MediTech and other healthcare software Two or more years of transplant-related experience preferred Experience with the United Network of Organ Sharing (UNOS) and Organ Procurement Organization (OPO) is a plus Dallas: Where the Job Meets Lifestyle In Dallas, you'll discover a vibrant city rich in culture, with a warm climate and plentiful opportunities for recreation and leisure.
