What You’ll Actually Be Doing Leasing apartments and driving occupancy Following up relentlessly with prospects Delivering tours that feel personal, not scripted Managing resident relationships from move-in to renewal Handling resident concerns with professionalism and urgency Supporting marketing and outreach efforts Keeping the office organized and operating at a high level Working closely with maintenance and management to protect the resident experience
