Work Environment: The ideal candidate will work onsite in our fully equipped rehabilitation center, where collaboration and camaraderie among healthcare professionals thrive. Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs and rehabilitation goals. Provide hands-on therapy, utilizing various manual therapy techniques and state-of-the-art modalities to effectively improve patients' motion and strength. Educate patients on exercises and techniques to enhance recovery, emphasizing non-invasive and non-surgical approaches whenever possible. Continuously monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of treatment plans, patient progress, and service delivery using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT.Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care. Inspire patients through motivation and encouragement throughout their rehabilitation journey, promoting a culture of health and wellness. Patient Population / Client FocusAt Fit Living, our patients range from sports enthusiasts seeking recovery from injuries to individuals recovering from post-surgical procedures or chronic pain conditions. Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Possession of a valid and active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida. No history of sanctions or board proceedings—maintaining an impeccable professional record is essential. Demonstrated proficiency in a range of manual therapy techniques. Strong ability to develop and implement effective exercise programs personalized to each patient's needs. Comfortable with using EMR systems, particularly WebPT, to ensure precise documentation and patient tracking. Up-to-date knowledge of contemporary physical therapy practices and methodologies supported by recent research.

Preferred Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy. Experience working in a high-demand sports rehabilitation setting is highly desirable. A track record of developing successful community health initiatives or wellness programs is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
