Production Machine Operator Cutter

Location: Rochester, NY Pay: $17.00$18.00/hr, based on experience and shift Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire No Previous Printing Experience Required! Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, packaging, or machine operation experience is helpful but not required. B Shift Schedule Monday Tuesday: 10:00 AM8:30 PMWednesday Friday: 10:00 AM6:30 PMMandatory Peak Season Overtime: Sunday, 7:00 AM3:30 PMImportant: During peak season, the schedule may change to a standard 3:00 PM11:30 PM, Sunday Thursday schedule. Additional overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required during peak production periods. Great ways to earn extra cash!

What You'll Do: Operate cutting equipment to trim printed materials according to specifications Set up cutting programs based on job requirements Inspect materials for accurate measurements, alignment, and cut quality Monitor equipment and report production issues Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Assist with other production tasks as needed Follow safety and production procedures

What We're Looking For: Reliable attendance and transportation Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Willingness to learn new equipment and processes Previous manufacturing, printing, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience is a plus, but not required Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
