Requirements

Responsibilities: Innovate: Develop new materials and conveyance technologies through rigorous testing, design, and manufacturing trials. Validate: Lead mechanical testing, failure analysis, and iterative improvements to de-risk new technology. Design: Create test methods and product concepts in Solid Works or Creo, leveraging new material capabilities. Collaborate: Gather requirements and align with engineering peers across global teams. Execute: Coordinate manufacturing processes including injection molding, extrusion, and machining. Engage: Travel (
