Concrete Construction Laborer

What You'll be Doing: Assist with forming, pouring, and finishing concrete for slabs, footings, and foundations Set and strip forms, place and tie rebar, and help prepare job sites Use hand tools and equipment (shovels, compactors, jackhammers, etc.)Help with grading, leveling, and site preparation Support crews with material handling, cleanup, and daily setup Learn and grow into more skilled tasks like finishing and layout work Who We're Looking For: Strong work ethic and reliability - show up ready to work Comfortable with physical labor (lifting 50-100 lbs, bending, working outdoors)Experience in construction or concrete work is a plus, but not required Ability to use basic hand tools and read a tape measure Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Reliable transportation to job sites What Our Client Offers:$20+/hr depending on experience Company-paid health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with match, profit sharing, and pension (after 1 year)Additional benefits including life insurance and supplemental coverage Performance bonuses and potential seasonal bonuses Opportunity to grow into skilled roles and advance your career Steady, full-time work with a team that values hard work
