VP of Engineering | Telecommunications & Secure Voice | $151K-$200KFull-Time | Onsite | Winchester, VA | Relocation Assistance Available up to $2,500 Heartline Staffing is recruiting a VP of Engineering for an executive-level opportunity with a Veteran-Owned Small Business specializing in unified communications and serving both commercial and government clients. This role will lead engineering across Managed Services Provider (MSP), Federal Consulting and Next Generation 911 (NG9-1-1) interoperability operations, with a strong focus on reliability, security and mission-critical communications. This position is designed for a technically hands-on engineering leader who can bridge strategy and execution. The VP of Engineering will partner with company executives to translate business requirements into engineering roadmaps while remaining close to the technology, engineering teams and complex project lifecycles. Deep telecommunications expertise, including secure voice telephony, IP networking, VoIP, cybersecurity and public safety communications, is central to the role.
