Lead Electrical Engineer - RF/UAS Systems (Leesburg Onsite)

The Judge Group is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer for a fully onsite role in Leesburg, VA. You will lead RF sensing and UAS detection system design, develop architectures, schematics and PCB layouts, and select robust components to meet performance and reliability goals. You will collaborate with RF, FPGA, DSP and software teams, perform system validation with SDR platforms, troubleshoot, document designs, and drive hardware integration and field testing in a fast-paced environment.
