Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 Base | Performance Bonus | Relocation Available We're hiring a Tax Strategy Manager on behalf of our client—a growing financial planning firm based in Middle Tennessee with a bold roadmap and a brand-new leadership seat to fill. This isn't a traditional tax role. What you bring: Active CPA license (required)10+ years of tax experience with a strong tax planning focus Background in or alongside a financial advisory or wealth management firm Proven leadership and an entrepreneurial, systems-oriented mindset Comfort with technology and a drive to modernize how a tax department runs
