Job Description:
Pharmacists will work directly at the Culinary Pharmacy that is part of the Culinary Health Fund
Provide concurrent drug utilization reviews to counsel patient medication therapies and monitor for drug-drug and drug-disease interactions
Pharmacists will provided medication counseling and education of durable medical devices specific to diabetic patient population
Administer vaccinations to patients
Qualifications:
Clear and active Pharmacist license in NV
Bachelors in Pharmacy of Pharm D
Computer proficient, customer service skills

$50.00-55.00 (negotiated based on relevant experience)
