Two Associate Attorneys, Probate & Trust Litigation

Responsibilities: Take meaningful responsibility for client matters, court appearances, motions, discovery, mediations, and case strategy while working closely with experienced litigators on complex family, fiduciary, and financial disputes involving trusts, estates, guardianships, conservatorships, elder abuse, and inheritance matters.

Requirements: Licensed Arizona attorney with at least 2 years of experience in litigation, probate, or estate planning.
