Position: US IT Recruiter
Experience: 2-7 years
Openings: 10+Work Mode: 100% Remote/ Onsite- Noida
Key Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment for US IT roles (sourcing-closure).Manage requirements via MSPs & VMS portals. Source candidates using ATS (Ceipal), job boards & LinkedIn. Negotiate pay rates (W2, C2C, 1099) and ensure compliance. Track and deliver results against hiring targets.
Requirements:
  • 1-10 years in US IT Staffing/Recruitment.
  • MSP/VMS background is mandatory
  • Knowledge of US work authorizations (W2, C2C, H1B, GC, OPT, CPT)
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, collaborative & target-driven
