Seeking a Nevada Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time position will manage high-exposure cases, independently handle court appearances and trials, and provide leadership to junior attorneys, with flexible work arrangements available.
Key responsibilities:
Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
Independently manage court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
Provide mentorship and direction to less experienced attorneys
Required qualifications:
JD from an ABA-approved school
Active bar license in Nevada
8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
Proven ability to manage full case handling responsibilities
Experience with time management systems and proficiency in MS Suite
